Bella Vita is a charming and secluded neighborhood in the popular Carolina Forest area, just across the Intracoastal Waterway from Myrtle Beach. New homes and resales are available. Bella Vita is home to several different communities, each offering an idyllic blend of serene living, modern comfort, convenient amenities and easy access to all the Grand Strand has to offer. History and Communities
The Bella Vita neighborhood includes several developments. Two of these are still selling new homes and there are resales available throughout the overall Bella Vita neighborhood as well. Bella Vita was originally developed by Beazer Homes in 2015 and they are still selling new homes today. The new houses range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and from about 1600 to a little over 2800 heated square feet. Two car garages are standard. Bella Vita residents have access to the community amenity center with a pool, workout room and clubhouse.
Trieste at Bella Vita is now being developed by Ashton Woods Homes. Their new home floor plans range from about 1500 to almost 3500 heated square feet. There are models with 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2 or 3 car garages. They will be building their own community amenity center with a pool, covered patio, and picnic areas.
The Isles at Bella Vita was developed by Lennar Homes between 2022 and 2023. These homes range from just over 1480 to just under 2700 heated square feet and offer two bedrooms to four bedrooms. Two car garages are standard. Resales are available. The Isles at Bella Vita residents have access to their own community pool.
