Gene Carter

I’ve been a career real estate agent on The Grand Strand since 1985, with over 2000 closed transactions - houses, condos, lots, and the occasional commercial property. I also owned and operated my own real estate company for 18 years, all the while remaining a top-ranking sales agent. The company managed annual and vacation rentals in addition to selling real estate. The breadth of my experience enables me to provide my clients with insights that few agents can match.

It helps that I also love meeting and working with people. I enjoy teaming up with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Now, to better serve my team’s clients, I focus on listings and market research while the team’s buyer’s agents devote all of their attention to their clients’ purchases.
