Changing the name to Barons Steaks and Spirits in 2006, the current owners, Jeff and Art Shorthouse, wanted to emerge from the shadow of being just a typical steakhouse, and focus on a broader spectrum of what the restaurant has to offer, including delectable soups, fresh seafood, Italian fare, signature cocktails and craft beers.
